The fact he still calls it the sh*** end of the market at the end shows he learned nothing. The selective blindness of someone who wears tracksuit bottoms, has terribly painted sink units, curtains instead of bathroom doors, recycled exfoliators in the bathroom and vulgar decor, saying that he wants a higher class of customer!!!! Unbelievable. The man sees everything apart from himself.
