Something that frustrates me so much is when people who openly say they're not a people person buy something to do with customer service. WHYYYYY?! Just god WHYY???

Evidently, as a hoarder, he saw the building more as storage space than a business. Hoarders put the hoard above all. He needs serious psychological help.

Yet another case study for my ‘burnt out undiagnosed autistic man from a certain era to hotel owner pipeline’ theory

In Austria you may not run a hotel or a restaurant without a licence, which you only get after learning and passing an exam about housekeeping, hygiene, accounting ,HR, etc. It saves a lot of hassle on both sides….

The "mmmm's" as he's being told off are maddening.

Good grief! Why did this man think he could be a success in the hotel business when he’s a hoarder and a recluse?!!! If he only listened and heard what Alex was trying to aid in his business!

It seems to me that this man bought the hotel, not to actually run it as a business, but to have a big enough space to hoard and dump his crap. A 300-year old building and he uses it as a storage warehouse.
