I'll never understand why people who obviously don't like interacting with other people decide to open customer centric businesses.

I've never seen a family more unsuited to the hospitality industry.

The mum looked like a different person by the end, welcoming and as if a weight had been lifted from her. So pleased they wete able to turn it around and make it a successful family business for many years x

They never changed. So many of the reviewers on Google maps (latest one from four years ago) write about how the staff was so rude to them. A few of them mention Barbara and her extremely bad attitude. It has been sold but I couldn't find any more information on the status of this place .

Kindness recharges you. Yelling (Anger) drains your battery.

Family run means never a day off, never a vacation.

Always treat each customer like they're the first and most important person you've met that day. It takes a smile and a few nice words (both of which are cost free). My small business ran so busy and for years very successfully.

I just love this family. Useless but willing to please. How do families like this ever start a business?
