  Would you make a video about class D-amps in general? Are there any conceptional downgrades towards class A/B-amps?

  Hey Rodney, you like the windscreen wipers display  but you were dismissive of the "gaudy flashing lights" of my Pioneer SA-8800, and you  gloated you put a sexy SA-9800 into a skip? I've owned a 3020 from it's launch and it was and still is ugly, but it is on my channel. On AliExpress are a vast number of Class D amp's , with same innards but fraction of the cost. Review some of them.

  Got two knackered original ones.<br>Meters look smaller than the original.<br>Hi Fi Answers reviewed the original compared to the Amstrad EX 330. I kid you not. The Amstrad wasn&apos;t totally slated.

  Why I was buying my first hi-fi amp as a teenager in 1979 I was going to go for the NAD 3020 when my Dad offered me the extra money to afford a Sansui AU-217 MK2. &nbsp;What an amp the Sansui was! Arguably better than the A&amp;R Cambridge A60.

  I use the NAD C298 Purifi Eigentakt power amp, in my setup, and it&apos;s the last thing I would change. I love the sound, power, and complete black background.

  A NAD 3020 was my first proper amp and I loved it. Not for build quality though - those buttons used to pop off and shoot across the room, where they would then get lost. I know, a touch of glue would have been an idea!<br>This new one looks so much better put together.

  So, this is an amp for a Rega P2 with AE 2-way speakers. Fine straight, but not utterly excellent to hit high-end beginnings areas for record collectors that spend money per record in 60-400eur realm, it seems.

  I bought the audiolab 6000a mk2 and love it but I def would have given this a look. My only problem with class D is when it is Digitizing vinyl.
