I happened on your video while searching for a thumb and wrist brace and you confirmed what I have. My mountain bike has a thumb shifter plus pushing down on the handle bars created my problem. With your information I can start with the basics before it becomes worse. Thank you.

This was very helpful- I am opting for braces first. Having been through epicondylitis in both arms (elbows) years ago- I do not want to travel down that path of pain for a year before surgery. I failed the Finkelstein test- actually laughed when I saw what it was because I knew it wasn't possible, but did make me feel better about what it was.
