Paul McCartney has said this is a song he wished he'd written.<br>The vocal in the bridge, and at the end, saying "Mr. Blue sky!" is fed through a 'Vocoder' giving the voice a robotic sound.<br>The song finishes by saying 'Please, turn me over!" which makes sense when you realise this was the last track on side 1 of the vinyl album.

Just another fantastic song on the radio for us boomer kids in high school. We feel privileged to have grown up in that period. Low strife, tons of great friends, parties, girls and Saturdays at the lake!

There's a flash mob video that I like a lot.<br>Singer and guitar player Jeff Lynne is one of the greatest musicians and producers.<br>He contributed music to the Xanadu soundtrack starring Olivia Newton-John. The title track is a collaboration between ELO and Olivia Newton-John. He also was a member of the Super Group The Traveling Wilburys. He also produced albums for George Harrison and Tom Petty.<br>Telephone Line, Can't Get Her Out Of My Head and Strange Magic are some of my favorite rock ballads.<br>Your facial expressions are the best reactions.
