  Hasbro did go all out with the vehicles and figures for the EP1 line. This was a great find! The task of applying those stickers looked heinous.

  I was in fourth grade when Episode One came out and obsessed with the movie and everything involved. The fact I didn't have this back then is insane. I still kinda want one to be honest.

  There’s an alternative damaged hyperdrive available in a separate accessory pack which goes with this. It interacts slightly differently with the electronics. Great ship, goes perfectly with all the large prequel vehicles we got later on.

  I got mine for half price ($50) at TRU circa 2000. Still have it to this day. Interesting about the shuttle actually being a sub. I thought it was some type of escape pod.

  Well somehow this is my best performing video to date 🎉🎉thanks to everyone who has watched it I will be hopefully reviewing what is the last of the proper toy style big sets from this movie &nbsp;although it arrived 12 years later, any guesses? I am just awaiting for it to arrive from a certain auction site and it looks like it needs some tinkering with, If you haven’t already a subscription and ticking the bell will mean you don’t miss it, thanks again.

  I&apos;m Gen-X; I was 27 when TPM and the toys hit theaters. I was definitely collecting back then, but just wasn&apos;t interested in this exquisite piece. Now I&apos;m kicking myself, lol. Back then it never once occurred to me that Hasbro would stop making things like this for retail and instead put them behind super-expensive crowd funding, sigh. Alas for the good old days! 1999 through 2012 was a great Golden Age for Star Wars collecting, ESPECIALLY with big vehicles! Any how, great video man! What a treat to see this masterpiece up close! And nice restoration skills!
