Canned Tuna, Canned Tomatoes, Rice, Water, Yeast, Salt, Flour, Pasta, Passata, Canned Fruit, Cooking Oil, Canned Vegetables are a great start.<br>Growing your own fresh produce now is going to be a great help in October for the big Harvest when there will be significantly less and it will be highly expensive.

I have a pantry full of 3 months of food. I rotate older to new products. Prices have already gone up. They say special, no, the price has already gone up before the special. I have a freezer full of butter and cheep meat. Now I only buy foods needed and on a weekly basis.

I've been building my pantry up for the last few months, I've noticed that tins of coconut cream have almost doubled in price in that short time. <br>The next on my list to stock up on is garden fertilisers eg blood and bone, trace elements for my citrus and hydroponic nutrients for my bok choy (I love bok choy).
