  Worst part is not only did she poison the plants and trees and shrubs who knows how many animals or insects she killed too. Totally heartbreaking.

  I had an incident with my wildlife pond and koi pond where a neighbour sprayed weak killer. The result was 173 dead fish in the wildlife pond (dustbin full) and the death of 4 x 40 year old koi in the koi pond. Neighbour claimed she didn’t realise that her weed killer could be responsible.

  Utterly disgraceful that the neighbour feels entitled to vandalise your garden like that. Not just cutting things back but deliberately spraying toxic herbicides to kill everything off down to the roots as well. I admire your restraint and cool headedness when confronting the neighbour Joel because I would not have been so polite had someone done that sort of damage to my garden! 😡😡😡

  Law student here, if she was on your property, that is trespassing, which is a tort, spraying and killing your plants is criminal damage, if you have the receipts and can prove how much you spent on the garden you have a case to pursue her for damages. Well done for documenting the evidence and getting a confession out of her!
