Greatest rock band. Pete pretty much composed 95% of their entire catalogue along with great solo works from 65 until now. There will never be anything close to them.

Was privileged enough to see The Who six times, three times with Keith Moon on drums. I honestly believe Pete and his music kept me sane during my youth. He said what I couldn’t. The proudest moment of my life was playing Tommy in a stage version at college. Thank you Pete.

Pete Townshend is the most interesting talker I’ve ever heard. I’d pay good money t go to an auditorium and listen to him talk for an hour.
