  I knew this gorgeous woman&apos;s childhood was incredibly painful and tragic, but dear Lord - I never knew just HOW painful and tragic it was... I wish I could give this child a hug and never let her go.

  Family trauma is so hard to break! This story is evident we all have to work hard break generational trauma and sometimes it is not possible. RIP Gladys and Marilyn and all the women who could not escape the cycle.

  Marilyn’s story has always been tragic, there was no way around that. But the way that you so deeply, carefully, and beautifully narrate all of the details of these people’s unique perspectives is so profound it cannot be overstated. I’ve watched countless documentaries about her life but none of them even cone close to yours. I wish I had a sufficient vocabulary to describe the depths of emotion your videos evoke. You are truly one of a kind, and all of your efforts are so so deeply appreciated. ❤
