  Shenron being “Goku’s Dragon” makes perfect sense when you think of how Goku channels the Golden Shenron several times throughout the entire adventure with his Dragon Fist

  I like to think Goku became the god that Beerus saw in his dream but in going to find him before it was time, Beerus created the Super timeline. Shenron even says the Saiyan God does not exist &quot;at this time.&quot; That would be a crazy way to make both timelines canon lol.

  GT&apos;s final arc was absolutely well done. &nbsp;What BETTER problem than that they produced themselves? Over use of the Dragon Balls becomes Earth&apos;s undoing.

  Nearing the end in Journey to The West, the priest crosses a bridge to Vulture Peak and they spot his &quot;false corpse&quot; floating down the river. &nbsp;His disciples congratulated him as he had cast off his mortal body and achieved enlightenment. &nbsp; Yeh Goku is based on the Monkey King, but his clothes lying there at the end hinting his mortal form had perished, reminded me of this.

  Goku being inspired in Sun Wukong, I had assumed after reading journey to the west that GT Goku, just like the monkey king, had achieved a state similar to Bhudahood, going beyond anything else and still aiming higher and guiding others further

  I honestly don’t see another way you can end Goku’s story (or dragon ball in general) other than how GT did. The ending was poetically done which imo makes it one of the best endings of all time. Goku transcending beyond life &amp; death is fitting for his character. &nbsp;That ending was nothing short of perfection.

  As the Guardian of the Dragon Balls, Goku was brought by Shenron to the Realm of the Eternal Dragons, met and trained with Dragon God Zalama.
