  Also her getting with Goku would make an amazing conclusion for bulmas character in og dragon ball, since her main reason for finding the dragon balls was to find a &apos;perfect tall and handsome&apos; boyfriend, later on realizing maybe she doesn&apos;t need the dragon balls and that man was with her all the time, the weird lil kid she travelled with.

  Bruh, we already know the primary reason why Bulma and Goku didn&apos;t end together is because Toriyama did it out of petty spite to his editor back then who was a vocal GokuxBulma shipper.<br><br>Yes, that literally the reason, Toriyama threw away BulGoku out of spite, which is as Toriyama as one can get.

  Damn the “maybe I missed the boat on that one” was definitely more so from toriyama himself rather than just being a written line for Bulma’s character.
