  This was a great way to revisit the Tournament of Power. What stands out to me now is how much the arc is actually about trust, adaptation, and people refusing to be reduced to raw power levels. Gohan learning to lead, Krillin and 18 using strategy instead of brute force, Roshi passing the Turtle School philosophy forward, Vegeta choosing his own path instead of copying Goku, 17 quietly becoming the person who makes the decisive selfless choice, and even Frieza cooperating just enough for the final push all make the ending hit much harder when the entire arc is viewed together. I also forgot how much groundwork the anime puts into Goku’s Ultra Instinct before the silver-haired payoff—the repeated emphasis on instinct, conserving energy, adapting mid-fight, and fighting without overthinking makes the progression feel much more earned in a marathon like this. The final Goku/Frieza/17 sequence is still one of my favorite Dragon Ball endings because Universe 7 wins through the exact kind of cooperation that most of its strongest fighters resisted at the beginning. Really impressive job condensing such a huge arc without losing the connective tissue that makes those moments matter.

  Ah. The best arc in the franchise finally arrives. That&apos;s the first time in my life where a show took over my life, and I thought about each episode, day and night, and id go online to see everyones reactions to the episode that just dropped and they loved it. God I miss those days. Thank you Akira Toriyama for the greatest show ever made, I could never repay you for the joy you brought into my life
