  I definitely find some things are twice as expensive to make, but do when I have time as they're healthier. Sometimes though it's hard to find time to do as much as you'd like!

The word Ricotta literally means &quot;recooked&quot; cause it is made from reheating cheese whey and not milk and that&apos;s why the store bought stuff is less crumbly, more creamy, and less tangy

  Yoghurt is so easy and so much cheaper (I use pre-made soy milk so it&apos;s way easier than vegan yoghurt options which tend to not be great flavour wise and are super expensive).

  I’m so thankful for your channel. You are a foundational reference for me and my husband with 3 littles under 5 and some weeks I do more, some nights I rely heavily on store bought. But to know I know I have the skills and ability to if I have to is what is so valuable to me! Great video!

  The most astonishing thing in this video was that you can buy L.Reuteri starter online! Not so long ago I had to use tablets for babies which I bought in Sweden. They even deliver to Germany! So thanks for that info. Ordered immediately.
