For everyone who thinks Uncle Roger is over the top: Just imagine an asian cook saying "we are going to make a classical british dish!" and throwing baked beans, fried fish, a croissant and a sip of black tea into the blender, baking this stuff, garnishing it with chilli ketchup and sweet potato fries.

Notice how Jamie poured water into every single food he made on pan. Fried rice, butter chicken, and now pad thai. This guy has a serious dehydration phobia
