  According to broker Valerie Fitzgerald, a couple from France had offered $11 million in cash for the property, designed and owned by developer Richard Tuil, a figure that Tuil reportedly viewed as an insult. <br>What a waste.

  If people keep breaking in that mansion that&apos;s the show that that neighborhood is not that safe and that&apos;s going to bring the property value down

  I don&apos;t know what is more disturbing, all the vandalism or having a house so expensive you can&apos;t sell it and don&apos;t even live in it.

  The owners should be penalized into oblivion. Even though you put this mansion up for sale and moved out you should be forced to still take care of the property. Then again rich people get away with everything. L.A. is just a prime example of a sh1thole 🙄

  To have that amount of money....I wonder how much it would have cost to maintain it yearly and the taxes it would cost per yr!!!!

  I just can&apos;t &nbsp;imagine &nbsp;living &nbsp;in a home &nbsp;like &nbsp;that, some &nbsp; are &nbsp;crazy &nbsp;when &nbsp;they &nbsp;have more money &nbsp;than &nbsp;brains!   Because you&apos;re homeless doesn&apos;t mean you should live like a Wild Animal 🤬 &nbsp;If i had the chance to live in a furnished Mansion for Free I would consider myself Lucky &amp; treat it with respect. &nbsp;WTF makes people turn Feral
