I actually love it when movies make jokes about the character looking like the actual actor. No wonder it's not done very much! This jokes been around for a while!

I was lucky enough to meet two performers from this movie in NYC..before they left us..John McGiver and Sir Robert Moreley.

The most surprising thing about Take Her, She’s Mine is that the story is actually based on real events. The daughter character, played by Sandra Dee, is based on the young Nora Ephron, long before she became one of America’s most beloved writers and directors (When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle). Her parents wrote a play based on her own letters home from college, and the film is the nice, Hollywood-polished version of the real Ephron family's experiences. This makes the film a small piece of hidden film history that most people never discover.👍

Oh the America I grew up in and the wonderful Actresses and Actors that made the world shine.  I wish I had a time machine. I would not hesitate to go back and STAY...and continue the age I am until I die. The world today isn't worth a cup of piss.  Thank you for uploading, I enjoyed it very much

Jim Nabors was Clancy, the manager of the coffee house where the girls sang.  His voice was dubbed over.  He wore a beard and glasses but I recognized him and Google it.  He wasn’t accredited in the movie.
