Norman lived in Epsom for a period and he walked past me at the school bus stop. I couldn't help but say hello. Lovely man he was. Friendly. Grew up on his films.

I saw Norman Wisdom 7 times at Ce'sars Luton in 1974, when I was a resident organist there.He had his own stooge too.Very funny cabaret act and a very good musician.

Norman's one man shows were fabulous,i saw him in 1985 when he was 70 ,he was throwing himself all over the stage and hillarious,he walked off stage at the end,the crownd standing to applaud then he pushed his head through the curtains and shouted "MISTER GRIMSDALE"!!!!! fantastic night out in Barnsley. Miss you Norman xx
