It's all BS. Diploma and degree is not about intelligence. It's about the persistence. And future employer seeing one may safely assume that at least for 5 years (more or less) you were able to deliver someone's expectations, you did it regularly and probably you did not mess up fatally. Point me how many % of enterpreneurs would choose to really find out if you are unpolished gem
