This video found me at my worst. Up to now I'll constantly apply them in my studies at University. I will change my mindset and I wish it to every person that will watch this video. Good Luck 🙏🏼

This is speaking my language. <br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KIBIcf495ws&t=206">3:26</a> Machiavelli<br>1. "Emotion is the enemy of clear thinking."<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KIBIcf495ws&t=379">6:19</a> Sun Tzu<br>2. "Every battle is won before it is ever fought."

Something I appreciate about conversations like this is that they make you separate income from wealth because people use those words almost interchangeably online. Someone earning a lot can still be financially fragile, while somebody much less impressive on Instagram can have an entirely different setup behind the scenes. Behind the Dark Side of Power by Elliot Westmore goes pretty deep into that distinction. Definitely made me understand why comparing lifestyles online is mostly pointless.

Whats funny is people hear “system” and immediately assume someone is talking about some giant conspiracy 😂. Most systems arent hidden at all. Taxes arent hidden. Corporate structures arent hidden. Incentives arent hidden. Ownership isnt hidden. Theyre just boring enough that most people never bother learning about them. Thats actually one of the more interesting ideas around Behind the Dark Side of Power by Elliot Westmore.

Frankl's inclusion is interesting since his framework came from survival under extreme constraint, not ambition or strategy like the others

I've unknowingly been practicing 2 out of 5 of these lessons in past couple of years. The respond don't react - I always find myself taking a moment to decode what was said and then respond, while others gave an instant reaction. The type to run every possible scenario before I address a conversation or anything.<br>Amazing video, loved it

The breakdown on emotional decoupling (Lesson 2) and the 4-second pause rule is gold. Taking away the reactive habit and choosing how to respond is usually the difference between losing your cool and actually controlling the room.
