  When I feel myself getting stressed over something, I like to remind myself that in 100 years we will all be long gone and so will anyone who ever knew us, and it will be as if we never existed in the first place. Helps put stuff in perspective, know what I mean?

  People are slowly realising the mp&apos;s, celebrities sports stars we see on tv are not our friends and their only purpose is to influence and control our minds. Everyone needs to realise who is really important in our lives and its none of the above. Turning off your tv and mobile phone is the greatest form of therapy

  I checked out after I was thrown under the bus by my last employer. <br><br>Decided to setup my own venture. Was broken, struggled for years - and never looked back. <br><br>I now have the freedom to say No. And it is priceless.

  I retired 6 years ago. I&apos;m healthier and stronger than I was 16 years ago. I live a much simpler life and I&apos;m more content. I had a nervous breakdown at work, got sacked while I was off sick. It was a wake up call. Good health is the most important thing in your life. Live stress free and be happy. ❤

  It looked to me that job would have had you in an early grave. After 35 years graft myself &amp; being driven to burnout by my managers and their bullying sidekicks, I was off with a mental meltdown for 4 weeks. First week back the managers ganged up on me to more or less give me a behind closed doors disciplinary for making my colleagues &quot;feel awkward&quot; Screw em I resigned Friday

  You have no idea how incredibly fortunate you are to have arrived at this conclusion at a young age. There is nothing worse than getting old and realizing that you have wasted your entire adult life on a damn hamster wheel.

  Great stuff mate. Apart from $$ issues that resde with modern life, I&apos;m happy just doing a Lil bit of work then enjoying the rest of day. It&apos;s actually were we need to go to save the planet imo
