Fun fact: before Hugh Jackman was a movie star, he was in a lot of plays on stage. Makes sense he has musical talent

In all honesty, when Hugh Jackman shared the story on Graham Norton about how his dad supported his whole musical career is so very heartwarming. Hugh invited his dad to see him perform on Broadway and forgot to tell his dad it wasn't a black tie event. When he went to the hotel to get him, his dad was all dressed up and ready to go in a full tux. When Hugh tried to protest and insist that it wasn't necessary, his dad merely replied stoically, "My son is performing on Broadway, I'm being there in a tux for him."

Such an amazing story and it led to the Hugh Jackman we have today. A man who entertains, sings, and dances for us a lot.

I saw an interview with Hugh Jackman. He said when they were writing it, they eliminated any song that didn't stick in their head for several days. That's why every song is a banger.

Always enjoy reactions like “wait is that Hugh Jackman actually singing? Can he sing?” like if anything he just blipped out of theatre stuff for a bit to be Wolverine I’d say 😂

You should really watch the behind the scenes for this movie. Hearing "This is Me" live and seeing the reactions of the actors and Hugh Jackman as they rehearse is honestly incredible.
