  Hi Julien, I have a pretty decent forehand, with good length, power, and spin. What really helped me was the 10/11 o&apos;clock position, to create more space between my body and the ball. A side effect was that I could automatically swing through more smoothly and maintain my balance. As a result, I make far fewer mistakes, like sending the ball out of bounds. Driving through the ball and staying on target, like with a firearm, helps immensely. For my backhand, the golden tip was to keep my elbow under the ball. My backhand has now become a weapon. I&apos;ve now won two straight matches against an opponent I hadn&apos;t beaten in years. He&apos;s stunned. Thanks for the great videos.

  Hello Julien, could you give some examples of rallies to illustrate your point ? i understand the theory, but i&apos;d like to see how it works in a real-game situation
