  This wrong by so many Navajo/Dine’ accounts, we absolutely do not see the “Anasazi” as relatives. Also we have never put cannibalism past the Anasazi, all we have said is that they aren’t relatives to our tribe. Pueblo Bonito was a prison long story short.

  It cannot be considered that Pueblo Bonito was a city in the sense we use. Now that the round are being considered as Kivas,the sese of the site is clear that it was an educational campus. This fits with the small amounts of fire pits. Colleges have limited eating establishments as opposed residential entities.<br><br>The alterations to widow openings indicates a difference of population type. Since the current Puebloean peoples use openings of the initial type, it can be considered that the Anasazi were the ancestors of the current tribes. The alterations indicate that of Meso-American tribes and while there is evidence of cannibalism, it is not clear if the Anasazi were the predators or the &nbsp;prey. The latter is more likely as the Anasazi lived atop the mesas, then switched to settlements such as Mesa Verde,where underground water sources made appearances.<br><br> These mesa establishment’s we’re defensive in nature and were abandoned when water ran out. It is likely that many of the petroglyphs in the southwest and west tell of the refugee migration.

  Human voice would be much more affective and easier to listen to. Mispronunciation is hard to hear. Regardless. This is a mysterious and enigmatic site that must be preserved and protected from greedy corporations, people, and government.

  Pueblo Bonito was one site of many that represents one feature of an ancient culture, called puebloan. Pueblo Bonito should be studied, and examined in context with the numerous other sites, in order to evaluate if what was going on in the other sites was related to the findings in Pueblo Bonito. I feel this presentation falls very short in understanding the very complex nature of this historical culture. That said, I hope it sparks an interest in this subject, and encourages more public awareness of the historicity the many sites as these in New Mexico. These AI presentations are so tiresome.
