I roughly google'd indian cuisine in China. Yes, there's Indian restaurant in China. Anyway I as a Malaysian Chinese, I can tell you using freekah as a substitute for long grain rice are worse than using soba for ramen noodle. Indian cuisine was one of my favorite food so if that level 3 chef serve me her briyani, I'll flip the table 😝

If they do so families believe that it brings misfortune.

i am an indian and i love your videos. teri maa ki means it's a bad word associated with mother😂 he used it correctly because if someone did biriyani with grain instead of rice then they deserved to be cursed😂

Ghee is clarified butter. It's butter put under low heat until the water evaporates.
