  Most people in Europe don&apos;t dry clothes just outdoos, i.e. on the sun. Indoors we use &quot;drying racks&quot; - this way you don&apos;t depend on weather. This is also a faster version since you don&apos;t need to use clothespins.

  euro airdryer have heat pumps, takes longer but use less electricity and lower temps ( don t shrinks clothes)

  If it rains or snows, you can also dry the laundry in your apartment or house. It might take a little longer, but it still works.

  I live in the Netherlands and have had a dryer for the last 35 years.<br>It doesn&apos;t take 3 hours either.

  Drying laundry in the sun has the added benefit that the sun&apos;s UV radiation destroys any bacteria present even in washed clothes.

  I almost always dry hanging, but I have a dryer... for emergencies or lazy days
