I worked for Brooksville Transmission years ago and he’s telling the truth. I got screwed over big time as an employee. I would see all the time them building transmissions with reusing old parts and being sold as completely rebuilt. They would have a whole rebuild kit there and not use all the new frictions and steels, they would use the old ones if they looked okay, my thought was if you had the kit use the new parts. I learned how to build transmissions from watching and went to a lot of training seminars that the parts companies would give. They would put on some invoices customer wanted old parts and they weren’t even giving them their parts just ones from laying around.

Nate the great! Thank you for what you do. You helped my Dad upgrade his 2018 Colorado transmission valve body and made it super easy to replace. Keep up the great work!
