I had a General Contractor build our 900 Square Foot Cypress Log Cabin on two acres in Gilchrist County Florida. Low Property Taxes. Hopefully soon NO Property Taxes. Sante Fe And Suwannee Rivers are at least a 15-20 minute drive away. Clean Well Water. Septic. We’ve got chickens. <br>Hot here in July, August, September but now that we are older, doesn’t seem to bother us. We had it built with Flat Cypress Logs in 2015. Stone fireplace for winter. A/C -cool in summer.
