  I’m from the Netherlands, my medications come in a roll of individual pouches, one pouch for each dose. With date and time on the pouch. So I always know if I took my medication or not. Almost every senior gets his medication delivered like that. &nbsp;We also don’t have sliding windows anymore. Windows can be opened in two different ways.<br>And my rollator from Norway has a shopping bag already.

  Regarding <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VoJSXTHe3hM&amp;t=218">3:38</a> an alternative to a pool noodle is foam insulation which wraps around metal pipe available from hardware stores or plumbing supply. Furthermore, foam insulation for pipes already have an open side which does not need to be sliced apart.

  Regarding <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VoJSXTHe3hM&amp;t=425">7:05</a> an alternative to taping a flimsy paint stick to a short shoe horn is to buy a long handle shoe horn. &nbsp;In particular, a stainless steel long handle shoe horn is much more durable that a cheap plastic shoe horn.

  I need pool noodles wrapped around the legs of the bed! But I have mini dollar store flashlights hanging from each upper cabinet door, thus making it possible to see into the deeper lower cabinets.
