Texan here. My dad taught my how to BBQ/smoke, but brother Arnie taught me how to properly grill fajitas/carne asada.

Men plan, we plan on how to take care of our families. We plan 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, 10 years and where we want to end up. We do it alone. We wargame, we try to think of every contingency and how we can protect our family and how we can get where we want to be. We never get to be weak, we have a job to do, we provide. Arnie is one of those men. I've been watching him for years but you showed what a real man he is. I get to love his videos even more now. Thanks for bringing this side to his fans.

You are an amazing interviewer! You ask the hard questions that aren't seen with the cooks/chefs/pit master/ma and pop etc. <br><br>Your channel provides a gateway between "happy you tuber lets present a recipe" and the man behind the meal. So excellent.

Al, you are the best "interviewer" on the internet. You get the story without prying to much. The guests are obviously comfortable with you to share deep conversations without being uncomfortable. Great job. You are the best. Keep it up.

I've been looking forward to this one Al. You truly have the best job in the world. Arnie comes across as humble, sincere, and has a genuine love for people. It's extraordinary how people are so drawn to him. I want to meet him and would probably cry too if I met him. All the food looked amazing. Arnie, you are a national treasure.
