This guy captures the essence of CK design (clean & simple), but he did it with style & class.
Hats off all day long!
I love that design…

Damn that looks like a lot of fun Mark. Your neighborhood looks very nice with those rolling hills, its all flat here in South East Florida. I Really enjoyed this Video and the amount of work you have put into this Beautiful little Car of yours. Thank you very much for always sharing yourself and your builds with us all

Thank you for this video! I do have a small shop like yours. And 3 years ago, I started working on pretty much the same project. Except I made an electric trike. The trike itself was standard. With pedals. Ever since I’ve been thinking about making a 4 wheeler, using the same approach. Which happened to be very successful. Then I’ve noticed that the Chinese are selling kits, and already assembled versions of the same vehicles. Two seaters, and four seaters. All I have to do is, to make it electric. With an Iron Oxide battery (like the one that I am using now), and commercial, made in the US electric motor.
Also, when machining steel, keep in mind that 1/2” diameter end mill you can not run with more than 600 RPM. Unless it is carbide end mill. Then you can use twice the RPMs. Another thing is the twisting action you experienced during acceleration. This is because only one wheel powers your vehicle. Only the use of differential will eliminate this. Good luck with your future projects!

I've been alive 204 years and I've never heard of a sprag clutch differential. You made that up.
