  The Cables arent the only thing failing, <br>Insurance policies, regulatory agencie, Accountability, The judicial process, its all eaqualy failling at the same rate and intensity.

  In Ontario Canada, while PTCS reports aren&apos;t specifically required in a status certificate provided at POS, the required regular engineering reserve fund studies will always include a report on the system. I was on the BoD of a condo building for a decade, the engineers opened the cable systems up for inspection a couple of times, underground garages in the region are especially susceptible because of road salt used in winter.
