Worked small engineering initial reaction was "Love the design, nightmare to build, concrete core is under extreme load so has to be beefed up, the differences due to design are going to cause problems as everything is custom, construction meets design and it's expensive and problematic"

I have a great idea: we can build a skyscraper with 3 x the exterior walls for heat loss and 10 x the flat roof area to ensure its always damp and cold and make sure your heating bills are huge.

To me, these extravagant high rises are a tragedy waiting to happen. The carnage from the structural failure of any of these high rises collapsing is horrendous to even think of.
