  This show does ask a lot of its viewers. &nbsp;There is no filler, every line of dialog, every visual contains clues to what&apos;s going on. &nbsp;The writing is just exceptional on this show but can challenge the viewer. &nbsp;I will say, it gets better the longer you watch. &nbsp;Pieces start falling into place and it&apos;s worth the wait and effort. &nbsp;If you ever end up re-watching the series, you&apos;ll be kicking yourself because of all the little things that didn&apos;t sink in on the first watch. &nbsp;All part of what makes The Expanse just so, so good.

  I really enjoy space combat with kinetic weapons and no shields. It&apos;s amazing to know that even large ships like the Donnager can be pierced like foil by regular metal shells, and even anti-missile autocannons are formidable close-combat weapons. And it&apos;s perfectly logical that before combat, most compartments are evacuated of air, and the crew dons spacesuits. No air means no explosion, no fire, and each person relies on their own personal life support system, not the atmosphere inside the compartment, which would evaporate at the first breach.

  You had a bunch of cool physics details in this episode: oxygen leaking from the room, magnetic boots in action, the way two bodies interact in zero gravity, losing gravity the moment the engines shut down, etc.
