  Thank you so much for this information. As a single, &nbsp;55 year old, no children, no siblings, or cats, full time caregiver to my sweet mom, I worry about my own care one day.   OMG. What a difference this would have made for my mom when she was alive. 26 years in care facilities in the U.S. and all of them horrible. Thank you for bringing this up. I recently saw one of these in Mexico as well on GenMex channel. Loving all the options.

  I took this very same tour 2 weeks ago and it was fantastic! &nbsp;I looked at a brand new 1 bedroom poolside apt. For $129,000 and I wanted to move in right away! All the residents were so nice and happy, no complaints from them about Sunshine! The grounds were so beautiful and Hua Hin is a retirement haven! The Thai people are so caring and willing to help you, too! 2 thumbs up from my perspective!😊

  This was really eye opening and exciting. I have friends who are actually moving back to Thailand now they are retired. &nbsp;My mother is 82 and had me at 19 so this could be a good option for both of us! Her partner is 86 and won’t leave their home. &nbsp;She does not have a lot of cash but she will have her Social Security. So a place like this could bridge BOTH our needs for assisted care, especially when one (most likely me) dies and leaves the other alone. <br><br>Great information guys!   I work as a hospice chaplain and I can tell you that what you described doesn’t exist for normal Americans here in the US. Wow! 2 aides to help you for $1230 a month??? You can press a button and wait for an aide for 30 minutes or more in some places. Some places don’t have nurses 24/7. Very helpful video

  #1 reason I&apos;m moving to SE Asia next year at 69. Still healthy but I want to prepare for extreme old age. I like that I can move into these retirement resorts while still healthy and then add services as needed.

  Hello from CA &amp; many thanks 4 your videos! &nbsp;I lived in Asia, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia &amp; Borneo when i was young &amp; healthy and love it! Now older &amp; sicker, all of this looks &amp; sound great but please be able to enjoy &amp; endure the heat &amp; language barriers, especially in Thailand. &nbsp;Malaysia, Cambodia &amp; Indonesia are my first choices if u can meet strict requirements 4 Malaysia, easiest in Cambodia &amp; easier in Indonesia. But hey if one is willing to learn and adapt to the culture, go 4 it! Going thru the US healthcare system, feeling &nbsp;frustrated but love showing up at the emergency &amp; get treated by board-certified doctors. Food is definitely better in Malaysian &amp; Singaporean hospitals. &nbsp;Japan is on a different level. &nbsp;Try an extended stay in Asia. &nbsp;Find your community, see if you fit! 🏄‍♀ Best 2 go before u get really sick!
