  The reason why he and onision arent in prison is simply because the sting was done for clout. There wasn&apos;t a collaboration with police but also the creation of these stings are not admissible in court, which is why a handful of the tcap guys were free to roam.<br><br>Cause let&apos;s be real, this wasn&apos;t about the kids.

  The fact that he&apos;s dying, makes the situation way more dangerous. He may be more likely to carry out his disgusting desires and fantasies before he dies. Prison as a consequence becomes a nonfactor because he is expecting death.

  To Catch A Predator was cancelled because a district attorney was supposed to be arrested, but he killed himself before the cops were able to get to him. &nbsp;And his sister sued the network. I&apos;m almost certain once cops, politicians and DAs were getting caught, that&apos;s when it had to be shut down.

  The DA that dropped the ball on investigating this, has aided in her politician nephew Zack Scrivner getting charges dismissed for stabbing his child while high on drugs &amp; sexually assaulting one of his other children. She also recently fired the victim advocacy group that worked with her county….

  The main reason why EDP was able to get away was because of entrapment laws around these investigations. The core idea around doing, specifically, predator stings is that the decoy cannot initiate sexual contact. The predator has to. They can respond to sexual texts and comments but a decoy sending &quot;I want to do xyz sex act with you-&quot; is viewed as entrapment and can be argued that the decoy was pressuring the predator. Because, reminder, a decoy should ALWAYS BE AN ADULT ASSISTING LAW ENFORCEMENT!!! Professional stings also are clear about the ages of decoy&apos;s and make sure to remind the predator that they are talking to a child about what they want to do with this.<br><br>Early on, Alex had this as a common issue in his stings. Jidion still has this issue, regardless of the fact he has used actual minors to participate in this. And there also is the obvious fact of cops being lazy.
