  Syd was the wild imaginative core of the music and Rick was most naturally able to meet him there atmospherically texturally &nbsp; he sort of gave syds imagination somewhere to live. &nbsp; &nbsp;roger wanted to control and the band became the vehicle for his vision. <br>Syd created the original spark 🔥 … rodgers determination helped turn Pink Floyd into the enormous artistic project they became

  I wish there were more interviews with Rick. He was my favorite member of the band, definitely a gentleman and a talented musician.

  A next door neighbor of mine took a lot of acid and he ended up in a home for the mentally ill. No doubt acid fried him. He’s now a paranoid schizophrenic. Very sad.

  I just realized that the reason I never became a rockstar is because I didn&apos;t want to ever give up doing LSD and find myself scapegoating it because I wound up doing too much alcohol and cocaine...to try to shut the door that it opened... 😎📣💧💧💧 I fucking love Richard Wright, since I&apos;m 10 years old and first discovered Pink Floyd in 1975… but I am incredulous after hearing him say &quot;too much acid will fry your brain&quot;, I&apos;d done peak L at least 200 times before I was even 18 years old. I still have the same friends I did then and we still do it together at my birthday every year ..<br>&quot;the Last Sunlight Disappears&quot;? heh.. the &quot;children&apos;s laughter in my ears&quot;... is MY OWN 😮😃😻 (yes I know that was a Gilmour lyric, but still..)
