Good evening so happy for this insight on bipolar disorder. I highly will recommend this episode to family members in my life. Admitting there’s a problem will be the challenge 😊question: are there any resources for surviving bipolar spouses?

I told my ex partner that I think he has bipolar symptoms and he assaulted me I think I did it nicely but I had to leave obviously it was not the first time he assaulted me so I know I said it carefully but I have had to leave him I needed to protect myself but cannot help feel guilty 🥲
