  Rob, I recently had a very bad manic episode. I spent time in Jail and in a psychiatric facility . Im diagnosed type 1 bi polar and OCD. The episode broke me, and I had such a hard time trying hard on anything. Seeing a rolemodel like you dealing with the same disorder inspires me so much. youve brough some serious light in my life and I love you and your channel for it. Thank you so much<br><br>you made me feel seen

  Well done for talking about this so candidly! I have suffered with mental health issues in the last year or so for the first time in my life and now having experienced that I realise how important it is to talk about mental health. ❤❤ big love to you Rob ❤❤

  Those clips of you making faces and sighing during the filming really struck me. Being around people and things you like but not being able to enjoy any of it. Sighing from the mental exhaustion of having to exist. In that state, just being alive saps your mental strength. I&apos;m glad you managed to get back to 90%.

  i struggle with depression and it can make me feel like all of my creations and efforts amount to nothing. this video maybe gave me the most objective view of my mental illness i&apos;ve ever had. i cried for the first time in a long time. not so much out of sadness, but empathy for myself. i cried because it&apos;s going to be okay. i&apos;m gonna see my friends tomorrow for my 20th birthday. i&apos;ve met musicians in the past year who are very nice and want to work with me. we&apos;re all gonna be alright. thanks for speaking out rob. it means a lot
