You have soft skills, are a people person, know how to market yourself and the company, know how to network, are multilingual, and know how to de-escalate hostile individuals. That right there is experience that outweighs any higher knowledge. There are better pastures out there waiting for you.

It makes me a little sad that you were calling yourself delulu for thinking you'd go to college and have a career and yet it's quite relatable

I was a little surprised YouTube recommended this. After listening to you, I find that you are very likable. You make your viewers feel like a friend speaking on YouTube, honest and I think you are a very intelligent woman.
You have a positive look in life which is really good.
Wish you well and the best in your life. GBU.

I once read somewhere that guys strive to be like their dads and never actually become like their dads. But girls almost always become like their moms.

If you make a good (whatever that means to you) living, are safe and respected in your workspace, and derive enjoyment and a sense of professionalism from your job then there is nothing to be ashamed of. Of course, if you have plans to move on to other things or would like to be doing something else eventually, don't give up on those dreams or plans and keep moving forward. You are well-spoken in English and thoughtful... I'm cheering for you. Whatever you choose and however you choose to go about it... Ganbatte!

Some people should be ashamed of their behaviour, e.g. treating others like sh*t for no reason. But I can't think of a job anybody should be ashamed of, especially not yours. Hats off.

A lot of people disrepect this line of work because they see it as a half way dip into prostitution without wanting the consequences. It's like being a baker that doesn't use milk. People will just assume if you are a baker you would use milk and if you didn't want to be around milk than don't be a baker.

I think that you shouldn't limit yourself by your current job title. Being a hostess or being a president, at the end of the day, you are a human with a beating heart. You are amazing in your own way. You are loved just for being yourself. Believe in love, because you are.

Hi Eli, the famous YouTube algorithm brought your honest video to my attention and made me think about this topic. What I want to say is: don't let others judge and belittle you. What others think about you or your work is completely irrelevant. You have listed it well, you can do the things that others are jealous of and you have worked hard for it yourself. I wish you all the best, stay safe!

If there is one thing iv learned in my 75 yesrs is to care less and less about what other people think about me ( and i use to care) . If i come across really negative people i keep well away from them as its the easiest thing to do and i try and surround myself with people who are positive and in my corner. I think your delightful and would think myself lucky to have you in my life. Im reminded of something my mother once said ,if you died tomorrow who would care less usually its not that many people so why bother what the rest think . I know its easier said than done as it takes months if not years to get the old thinking and feelings out of your system but its definitely worth it. ❤

I love this video. Not sure why it was on my page but I'm glad I came across it. I have a lot of respect for you and love how eloquent you are in explaining the job and sharing your thoughts about it. You are an amazing woman!
