Had to pause the video so I could reheat leftover pizza from last night. Don't want to miss anything.

Was not expecting this to turn into a drug advert

Thanks for putting this out there. Very honest, but not well received by some. Your videos were a primary consideration when I decided to start Zepbound. I have lost 35 pounds with 30 to go and have been going to the gym four times a week. I feel great. Your GLP one videos were life-changing for me.

I expected the video to be minute long and go as "no spot fat reduction exists. Caloric deficit works."

55 yo on a 15 year bulk. Type 2 diabetes, 46 inch waist etc. been on 5 mg for about 1 year. Now I have a 36 inch waist, off insulin (was 40 units/day) down to 1000mg of metformin/day from 2k mg. I didn’t start working out right away but I’m on a 33 week streak of at least 2 workouts per week with resistance bands. I can do a pull-up again!! This stuff saved my life.

I've been on a 5 mg weekly dose of tirzepatide for almost 1 year now. I started working out with it, and track all of my calories, making sure to intake at least 200 grams of protein a day. Started at 445, this morning my weigh in was 278. Next month will mark my 1 year and I am a completely unrecognizable person to who i was just last year. Would recommend trying it out to anyone honestly. Just be smart about it and don't go up in dose just cause.

I’ve been on Ozempic then Mounjaro for over 2 years now. Self medicated in the UK.
Over 4 stones down, and at the last weigh in my body fat was at 12.5% and visceral fat a 4cc.
These drugs mixed with weight training and protein are amazing, and I will be continuing to use them to maintain my health for the foreseeable future.
Reta is still on trials in the UK and I’ll certainly be trying it out when it’s available.

54 year old here. Last year I weighed 300 (at 6'3") and got down to 274 naturally through calorie deficit and hard workouts for my brother's wedding. It was complete hell with my body screaming at me for calories 24/7. I had to do all sorts of techniques just to sleep at night and block out the growling stomach.

Had shoulder surgery which messed up my entire routine and I went back up to 290+. Now I'm on Zepbound 5mg since May and am at 272 with portion control and decent workouts. I cannot emphasize how much less painful the process has been. I still have a long ways to go but the willpower aspect is almost trivial. I've felt like I fought my genetics my whole life. It always seemed as though I ate the same or less than people half my size.

This stuff is a game changer for folks like myself that were already active, already trying to practice portion control and just needed a little help. For me, it seemed like it took hunger pangs from 9/10 to 2/10.
