  I have digital burnout . I have been going back to "physical" media: books, watches, CDs even plays instead going to the movies   now notebooks. Got a PR Voyager pocket and it has been liberating. I feel more organized at work and I have a personal book for fun, love it.

  The idea of brainstorming on paper before I attempt to send a meaningful message or phone call, is powerful. Thanks. I think that’s why I put those tasks off, because I haven’t done the prep work to wrap my mind around what I want to express.
