  It's so great to hear just how proud Stephen is of his work with Prefab Sprout. "The Sound of Crying" floored me the first time I ever heard it. I replayed it 20 times in a row afterwards.

  Man, having the interviews and listening to the mixes and stuff while he talked about them was so great. Wish more of these guys would do that! Great interview and what a cool guy.

  YAAYYY! LIPSON! I owe that man a huge debt of gratitude just for Propaganda&apos;s A Secret Wish – a truly heroic album. <br><br>Thank you, Warren. You are doing God&apos;s work. And I say this as an unrepentant atheist.

  A huge part of Trveor Horn&apos;s success was the talent of the people he worked with who could manifest his vision. Steve Lipson was at the top of the list. Thank you for this. Julian Mendelsohn mixed the 7&quot; &nbsp;of Relax and then made a career as a hit producer -he would be good interviewee.

  While I&apos;m of course truly grateful to be able to listen to people like Stephen sharing their experiences, it still always makes me a bit sad to hear something like, &quot;There&apos;s more to the story, but we don&apos;t have time&quot;, because I&apos;d love to also hear <b>those</b> things! 😊

  Wow! this just come up in my feed, great interview. &nbsp;I worked with Stephen back in the late 90s we did an album together for Atlantic, he&apos;s a legend. &nbsp; He hasn&apos;t changed a bit ❤️

  Special commendation to Steve Lipson for his work with Will Young on the Fridays Child album post Pop Idol, which is a fantastic album. Steve already had an idea of what type of album he wanted to with Will from watching him on Pop Idol, he recognised that Will at his best is a soul singer. Using similar techniques to when Steve worked with Annie Lennox, produced a very similar with a huge emphasis on soul and funk. Leave Right Now, Your Game, Fridays Child some of the big hits from that album. Fantastic listen as always Warren!
