  Not true about if it fails u just get a refund boys , I know this as literally a week ago my cordless angle grinder died , actually tbh I probably killed it 😂 it was one month away from being 3 years old and it had been hammered , I went through half a box of cutting discs in a day ….thats how much use it got the last time b4 it gave up the ghost after 2 years 11 months of work ! &nbsp;Anyway I have the app for digital receipts but stupidly u cannot search by product name , and I wasn’t going to search 4 years of receipts . Contacted Lidl explained this , they said they were happy with a photo of the serial number and an explanation of the fault . I got another email from the company that does their warranty work asking for my address and literally a couple of days later dpd delivered a brand new unit, I was just expecting a bare body nothing else but I got the full retail box . Really really impressed with osrkside and I use my tools a lot !

  Interestingly, LIDL&apos;s screwdriver has a 1500mah battery in it. On day one after buying it, I took it apart and soldered in a 3000mah battery - its transformed it.

  Used to have my own woodworking shop. Bought loads of parkside tools and found them excellent especially as the use I gave them was relatively light. When I got my first tool - a belt sander I pulled off the Parkside label and it said Bosch underneath. Good gear at a good price.

  Lidl&apos;s warranty has always been very efficient and no-questions-asked. &nbsp;I&apos;d bought a tool tha I didn&apos;t open/use for a YEAR but when I did found parts missing. &nbsp;Contacted Lidl warranty and they issued the spares FOC. &nbsp;Never had that level of warranty assistance - ever.

  Bought a parkside small compressor for small touch up paint jobs I paid about £60 I thought if it lasts 12 months I&apos;d be happy over 10 years later still working fine 😄

  I use my Milwaukee ratchets after cracking the bolt. Saves 90% of time. best tools I&apos;ve ever bought.

  Had an impact gun replaced under warranty, sent a video of the issue with it to the service centre and they sent me a new one out, no quibble no dramas 👍

  Had one for about a year. &nbsp;DIYer, not a Pro user. All good so far.
