  MAD RESPECT FOR JAVIS for willing to go on camera for this. From one service technician to another, you are GOLD. And you're right, it isn't entirely your fault. A big part of this is the oil return lines made of tin foil.

  I would cut out the bad parts of my old lines and take it to a hydraulic hose maker and have the center section made with a hydraulic hose that was flexible that way your not fighting and destroying the lines putting them in. A flexible line will shrug off the vibrations instead of breaking. Much easier install as well.

  God bless my old fleet manager who strenuously disagreed with my order for a few Sprinter vans several years ago- he said that they were a nightmare to work on and none of the dealers in the region had the skillset to fix the issues that frequently occur.  I listened and shifted our truck purchases back to an F-550 service body package; thank god because everything I've seen since then has supported that warning.

  As a mechanic myself, I don’t trust any shops to work on my car! But I would have no problem taking my work to Dave! The way he runs his shop and the way he treats his employees is top notch. The way he went above and beyond to make it right forthose ladies was simply amazing!
