That is how we use to check capisitors 30 years ago, before all the digital tools, I use to do super heat, sub cool, Delta temp all by pen and paper, lol

That was a good explanation of the wiring coming off the single pole contactor, I was surprised you didn't go into explaining the constant power on one side of the contactor and how the other leg only comes in when the coil is activated. Good video.

Love the good advice about parts, capacitors, contactors (40 amp quality vs 30 amp), fan motors etc. It all makes sense to those people who want a repair to be a long lasting repair.
