  Declaring "taking to the skies" before rolling advance is something I defenitly did not know. Im a noob I played like 7 games this year, but I learned something today!

  The issue with the flash gitz and dakka rig example is that it's on your opponent to know their own unit to not make the mistake that is favourable to them

  Yup i did the big dakka rig a few overwatches and was like holy cow this is insane so i re-read the rule and noticed whoops. I love that you are calling this out ESPECIALLY the per model LoS . My friends just dont get it its per model and play lazy. Thank you! <br><br>Its just so much extra rules bloat at the start with checking mission rules AND draws that these abilities just get glanced for the benefit. I will be double checking mine more often now !

  You have a great channel and presentation. I think one of the reasons that simple rules mistakes happen so often is that edition turnover is relatively quick. People are learning new editions every three years, and even when specific rules do not change they don&apos;t have the mental space to really memorize things because they have been conditioned to expect change again in a relatively short time frame. 11th edition is my favourite so far, I hope for 12th we don&apos;t get new rules - just a proper rulebook that actually has all the rules instead of telling people to look at the app along with an included FAQ. Slowing the pace might afford people the chance to commit rules to memory.

  BattleBase app helps with a lot of timing, as it only shows strats and mission scoring at the correct moments of the turn.
