This is a Messy 40K Balance Patch

Other things I missed:
The guard artillery is not cheaper for the second one and then more expensive for the third, it is a tax on the 3rd one of each. Couldn't possibly allow 3 Deathstrike missiles!
And Cpt Artemis and the Watch Master in Imperial Agents are up 10 points
The Agents Watch Master has an ability called WATCH THAT (NEW), a very silly name and can change Combat Doctrine - despite not having access to combat doctrines.

Cut them some slack, they've only been writing rules for 40k for 39 years.

Kayvaan Shrike’s may now deployed in multiple units in one Army. GW removed the Character / Epic Hero tag. Deploy the Kayvaan Shrike’s!

My friend's chaos marines list went up 10 points. And now my Sisters and Votann effectively have -1 to wound compared to before. Thats an... interesting design choice.

I've noticed that Grey Knight storm bolters are split between "AP 1" and "AP -1," which I choose to interpret as AP +1 reducing the required save roll so I can be angry at GW.

Celestine would have to be 85 points for me to even think of taking her honestly.

19:29
Given that the Orks Faction Pack was deleted when their Codex came out and is still gone, it looks like GW is phasing out Faction Packs, altogether.

I saw the Auspex video referencing Imperial Agents deathwatch and was waiting for your response to the update by GW

The way they locked out old codexes before we have access to the new is so stupid… can’t they have that crap on a timer to coincide
