  I just started this video but I really feel like as a rule, if the people native to the land Do Not Go to a certain place, no one should go there. They have their reasons for leaving those places be, we should all follow suit.

  If a First Nations person is saying do not go there and unwilling to go themselves, I am not going either. <br><br>Same way I would hope foreigners listen to me about my local swamp. It is big, invisible in places and the damn thing is deep enough that adults have gone missing in it. Not in recent years, thankfully. It can´t be fenced in or filled in due to animal preservation laws, so it&apos;s just... Don´t go to that part of the woods, please!! Since the latest case is at least 30 years old, we can´t even get a sign up there. I guess that&apos;s why we&apos;ve all just learned to avoid it. (I know that isn´t supernatural on the surface, but uhh... I´m in Denmark, our country is full of mythological creatures inhabiting bodies of water and dragging unfortunate humans in to drown)

  The MacKenzie case isn’t really a mystery to me. He went to go to the cabin but had never even seen it and didn’t really know where it was, he could just approximate. The reason he left his journal is simple and makes perfect sense, if someone were to find the plane they would find his journal and know he’d headed for the cabin! He probably missed the cabin not really knowing where it was and died of exposure miles away from where he was or where he was heading!

  Hey, just a note. Métis is a distinct nation of people. We are Cree &amp; French, and will be traced back to a specific area &amp; time, like the Red River Resistance.<br>Many native ppl are mixed, this does not mean they are Métis. <br><br>Métis= cree &amp; french<br>Native &amp; other ≠ Métis <br><br>It&apos;s kind of like the whole real champagne is only from the region of France thing.<br><br>It&apos;s a very common misunderstanding unfortunately, even within our own community, and can be quite the hot topic for some.

  Welll in Canada there are the Woods, and then there is the Canadian Wilderness and the Northern reaches where there are literally large swaths of land that human feet have not touched.
